DELiVERY
Delivery Time
Please allow up to 6 weeks for Delivery as all items are made upon order and some delays may occur if products are unavailable you will be notified if there is a hold up with your item.
 
Shipping Cost
Postage within Australia starts at $15.00AU, postage is calculated during the checkout process.
Postage outside Australia starts at $30.00AU, postage is calculated during the checkout process.
 
Insurance
All items are not insured during delivery, please contact us if you require your item to be insured & shipped via registered post, so we can quote/ revise you (if required) on the shipping cost.
 
RETURNS

Please note that refunds are not offered.

If you purchase the wrong size or the product is faulty contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchage or a store credit on items wich are unworn and in new condition with tags attached.

Payment can be made via direct deposit, we will forward you our banking details upon confirmation of your order.

Orders will be shipped after payment has processed - Payment generally takes 2 Business days to clear
 
Layby
People Residing in Australia Only
We do accept layby on all orders over $80, our layby period is for 12 weeks and is to be arranged with our sales crew - payment options are in the forms of Money Order, Cheque or direct bank deposit only, and is only available to people within Australia (Credit Cards are not accepted on layby's).

Money Order/ Cheques
Money orders and cheques are accepted, however goods will not be shipped untill payment has been processed, cleared and approved this can take between 5-10 working days.
