Pricing :

Prices are in Australian Dollars. Prices in other currencies will differ due to exchange rate fluctuations and bank / card provider charges.

Availability :

Items may need to be specially ordered, and may take between 2-6 weeks to arrive. We will contact you with an ETA upon receipt or your order.

Please allow a reasonable time for your delivery to arrive, especially if buying a gift. If you require an item by a specific date, please state this during checkout.

Payment :

We accept PayMate and PayPal payments, Direct Bank Deposit Transfers and Money Orders.

Australian Customers may pay via cheque or money orders, however please note that an order will not be started without the funds clearing into our account first.

If you are living in Australia we can arrange a layby scheme for your orders, payments are pre arranged with us and then you can pay in 12 weekly / 6 fortnightly / 3 monthly installments as per agreement. Returns & Refunds :

If you no longer require an item, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel your order No Returns or Refunds will be accepted once an order is processed.

In the event of goods arriving damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not return damaged items without authorisation from ourselves.

Overseas customers :

Imports into your country may be subject to import duty. You are liable for any duties that may be imposed.
